Thief , He stole 1500 dollars from me. I paid up front this money and i tried calling him serval time with no reply for months so I had to go with another contractor. He was supposed to work with the insurance company to apply the money for fixing my roof which he never did. After the Insurance company had closed the claim. I had to argue with the insurance for months to get them to open the claim up again. No help from West Ky roofing at all.

Sir we have spoke to you about this matter and you are the one that bre contract. It plainly states that the deductible or down payment is non refundable. As I told you multiple times if there's anyone you should be mad at it's your insurance company for trying to do a small portion of your roof. We were in the process of making them do this but it takes time and a lot of documentation in order for them to actually do what is right and fully replace the roof per KY matching law.
