They listen to the parents as well as try to interact with the children at the same time excellent care 10/10 for my little family
Dr.Pollard has been seeing my son since 9/2023 and now my daughter too. She is amazing, always answers every question and is just so caring. The office ladies are also absolutely wonderful.
Just spoke to a very nice lady named Jill about moving our infant daughter over as a patient. She was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to speak with. Excellent customer service! I already feel like my daughter will get good care here!
I had transferred my two toddlers (2 & 4) to this location from Hardin Valley Pediatric Clinic, and what a complete 180°! Dr. Anger is the best pediatrician my kids have ever seen. She actually listens to your concerns and addresses them accordingly. My two year old son suffers from chronic eczema, and we were told to buy all these extremely expensive, over-the-counter products to try and combat the symptoms by his old doctor, and they’d work about 30% of the time. All of my children have been patients for years until today. Dr. Marta saw my sick 2 mo baby who was wheezing badly due to Covid. I asked if it could also be Bronchitis, she said possibly but there is NO antibiotic to treat him. 2 weeks later, my sons lungs looked like cotton candy - full of mucous with extreme wheezing and high fever. He was PRESCRIBED Amoxicillin to cure him by a doctor in Children's walk in clinic since Marta couldn't give meds...
