I called from Michigan to have a nice arrangement sent to a family member but needed it sent right away. The gentleman who answered the phone was kind and assured me they could deliver it. My teenage son paid a lot of money for a bouquet of wrapped flowers for his girlfriend....not an “arrangement”...not even in a vase...just wrapped in cellophane with a plain bow. There were so few flowers in it that I was embarrassed. $71 and there were very few flowers!!! He wanted something special so he went to a “real” florist instead of the “grocery store florist”. Never again. I suggest no one go to WEST KNOXVILLE FLORIST and get totally ripped off like my teenage son did. They should be ashamed.
