They at least worked us in but after driving 35 minutes they said they cancelled our appointment because we didn’t confirm via text. The communication is subpar at best.
I have been a patient at this dental office for about a year now, and my experience has been consistently positive. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and always takes the time to ensure that I feel comfortable and informed during each visit. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before choosing this place. They only communicate by text and even then, not efficiently. They scheduled me for an appointment over a month in advance and then they text me saying they had to cancel because it was closed on MLK day. Why didn’t they know this in advance? Have been looking for a dentist for months and this was a month wasted I could’ve continued looking. After the cancellation text I continued to get confirmation texts for the same day. Canceled my appointment on me less than an hour notice. I had already driven the 45 minute drive over. It would have been our first appointment. No thanks. I will go elsewhere. Very unprofessional. Numerous other reviews have had a similar experience.
They were able to fit me in same day! Everyone was very nice and friendly that I came in contact with!
