MISLEADING OR DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING?West Kendall Toyota Service is becoming worse by the day, I brought my car for alignment on 13 August 2024 at 10:30 AM and got it at 2 PM. Terrible place to buy a vehicle, i got ripped off with the price and even worse at the financing, they had me sign on a tablet, so i did not really see all the numbers, but in the end i end up paying over $5,000 in services that i never ask for plus $1995.00 in other aftermarket, God knows what that is, there is nothing extra on this vehicle is the simple basic toyota corolla. I got my first bill, the pay off is $34,000 plus interest...!! just want you to be aware of this place.,
After 30 days of waiting for a car we put a down payment on the car was sold to someone else. There was no record of the sales person or person who assured us with the sale until searching and doing some calls. There was not record of the file that was left on the day we gave the down payment. If I could give 0 stars I would. This is another big bait and switch dealer, they will not talk to you unless you come in. I decided ok fine , ill come in, everything started fine and then I get there and they are telling me car is being sold right now. SO I drove 40 mins with them telling me to fill out a credit app and all and keep my end and then the sales guy says we might have something else? Believe me DO NOT give these people your money, I have texts to prove their bad practices.
At first my experience was great but it quickly went downhill. First, when i went to service my 2018 toyota camry I ask the advisor to have the technicians to perform the multi point inspection and to change the oil filter and rotate the tires. I also asked them to check my brakes to see if I need them replaced. After an hour the advisor calls me and says my car needs a alignment which crazy because I do not drive my the much ( i work form home) so that was a red flag to me there. **BE AWARE OF A SUDDEN PRICE CHANGE!!!!** They offer you a price over the phone, then they give you a total different price when you're there, in an oil change the difference was almost $20. Plus, when you go to the service manager, his attitude is "That's the price, you won't find anything cheaper out there", without allowing you to explain that it was a service customer agent (phone) mistake, in other words: We don't care about your business! That's not the correct/honest way of doing business.

Last time vehicle was serviced at WKT, customer paid $29.00. His was provided a discount of $30.00. Vehicle has not been serviced here since that date. Customer came in on 5/22/21, was provided with the price of the oil change, but did not have his service performed at West Kendall Toyota.
