Staff was very attentive and caring always there to make sure I was comfortable. Great staff.
I am so happy, grateful and impressed with North Shores Medical Center services. Their knowledge, professionalism and commitment to patients is outstanding. I have been in many different hospitals and none compares with the level of service that I experienced here. The nurses are responsive, professional and super friendly. The cardiologist Dr. Valdez is excellent and so is his team. I even had a visit from the president while I was in the hospital room who was checking personally on clients and satisfaction. I’ve had all my surgeries done here I’m getting my 3rd back surgery in 10 days and Baptist Hospitals billing department won’t let me do payment plans for $1200 putting down $500 and I can’t even walk without this surgery and they told me 11 days before surgery when it’s been in the system for 6 weeks and they WONT let me have my surgery
Worst hospital now a days.... the staff is rude as hell!!! Not one person at this hospital knows how to tell time.. you'll wait for days for anything to be done ....and when it does get done ....they do it with an attitude. Disgusting place to be treated at... staff only cares about food and gossip! I questions the credentials of some of the staff.
It only takes ONE employee who thinks and acts like she owns the place, rolling her eyes to express herself, to ERASE all the good that others do to maintain this place professional and positive. Assistant Vanessa on the Tower 3rd floor was the worse to my husband 77 yr old. When questioned about her demeanor she worsened her attitude, proving her immaturity.
