Truly amazing staff, wonderful floor plans, great Maintnace staff. The grounds are well kept, and always looking amazing. Over all I have been here for about 4 years and this is the best management staff to ever grace in my tenure here.
Although the office staff is nice, this is at least the 5th or 6th time the fire alarm has gone off randomly. Two being yesterday on New Year's Day (try waking up to that!), once today and multiple times over the summer. I'm concerned the building is not up to fire code and clearly is not fixed each time. When there is a real fire, no one is going to believe it.
We've lived at West Inman for almost a year now and it still feels like a brand new "home." The staff is always responsive. And we couldn't love our location just steps from the Eastside Trail of the Atlanta BeltLine any more!
Love it here... from the property management to the maintenance, everyone is super nice and willing to work with you. The location is great for intown living, I'm close to everything here... especially the beltline which is great to get out and see people and the city. I've been here about 2.5 years and I still would recommend it to anyone wanting to live in this part of town.
