The worst I have ever encountered. I don't know where to start so I will start from the beginning. The lobby there is a hole in the ceiling that became damaged from the rain. It was once patched up until it rained again and the hole became bigger. It's been 6 -7 months and the hole is still there. Now the elevator has been down for months we are going on 8-9 months now the excuse is that they are finding a part for the elevator which is a blatant lie.
