The manager sue is wonderful and very clean building.
Sadly, the company that owns this building (Bevery Hills Properties) and every other building with those blue/yellow flags is illegally holding money from every tenant's security deposit. My apartment was left impeccably clean and throughout my stay I was very careful to make sure it stayed clean. When I moved out I was charged so much for cleaning fees and when asked, I was told this was done to every tenant regardless of the state of the apartment.
