Parr Ford Mazda is good
I take my Mazda 6 to Parr Ford every time i need an oil change. They are pretty quick, and even wash your car. I even recommended my family to buy from them because i trusted their sales.
not reliable service
we have purchased 4 cars from Parr ford. They are very good at sales but the service department doesn't always address the problem. After taking my new car in 4 times for the same thing I went to Bellevue and got it fixed right away
My car has been here at service for 2 wks and thee most worst experience ever , just a total nightmare with Phil and the new guy at Mazda Service department!
We still are getting the run arounds and lies regarding the situation on our truck today! Just overwhelmed by these folks at Mazda Service department!

Used car manager was a idiot to say the least. Was not impressed with West hills ford. The fact that you can't get a hold of someone from the dealership is super annoying. Plus there was a warranty print out on truck and they did not stand by this. Stay away from this dealership!

Loved working with Chris Masheyekc
We hadn't bought a vehicle since 2005 so the buying process was longer than we expected. But Chris our salesperson took us to all the West Hills lots to find just the right truck. Lucas the finance person was great and fun to work with. He explained everything since we hadn't done this in such a long time. Prices have sure changed since 2005!! This review doesn't have Chris or Lucas in the drop down lists.
I’ve had the BEST experience with West Hills Ford. I was in a bind with my car suddenly breaking down. Kelsi Schroeder made sure I was taken care of completely. I was getting screwed over by the warranty company for my car. (I did NOT buy my car from West Hills btw). Warranty told me I’d have a rental car paid for by them, that my car would be fixed by a specified day, and so on.
