I brought my vehicle in for it's regularly scheduled (free because i bought the car from them) oil change (2nd one) at around 7:30am. I didn't get out of there until 12:30pm and here's why: I knew it would take an hour, hour and a half to do the job so i just waited. About 3 1/2 - 4 hours in, i was approached by one of the employees that informed me that the drain hole in my oil pan was all stripped out and wouldn't take the plug at all. Our experience with all the haslewood group has been awful, but the Toyota group was the last straw. 1st thing, we asked about the price match guarantee, no explanation, no nothing. Why advertise it, if your employees can’t explain it to the customers, work with them and give them the chance to find the exact car and get a written quote on it? 2nd thing...We waited 6.5 hours to sign papers and get out of there. If you come in it’s a must you find the salesman named Caleb. He made the whole experience for my son awesome. He is a real good guy down to earth and wants to make sure you see all options. Even after the sale he took time to show all features of the car. Outstanding service.

James "Jimmy Jam" Alameda, is the bees knees! If you're in the market to purchase a new car, he IS the guy to go to. Horrible company, not trustworthy puts run down cars on lot and way overcharges people. a 6,000 car that is now a 11,000 car just scrap metal. Never finds problems until after the warranty expires. DO NOT TRUST.

The service experience was amazing. All of my questions were answered. I didn't feel pressured into making rash decisions on my repairs. I didn't feel sucked into buying a new car. The rental service was very easy and quick. I was out withing minutes of getting checked in and got my rental. I didn't spend more than 15 minutes getting everything squared away. So shelby had appt at Heartland Toyota in Bremerton For purchasing a car and they sold it last night we even talked with them thismorning about it. They did not have the balls to call and cancel appt and we drove all the way there for nothing...Not the way to do business that's for sure.. Then no one new what they were doing, no one new where the pre owned cars were.. we stood there waiting for 30 min before anyone even came out to help us to tell us they sold it last night.
