Bought a used Ford Escape from these guys at the beginning of the covid lockdown. The car I bought had just came in, and hadn't had anything done to it yet. Had a lot of small scratches all over the car, but they told me not to worry, as soon as the covid lockdowns were over, they would take the car in and have the scratches "rubbed out" and I wouldn't know they were ever there. Both Chris and Jake were wonderful to work with. I car needed to be replaced and during the stay in place order I didn’t know how I was going to get this taken care of. I’m an essential worker and Chris helped me with everything over the phone and Then Jake got the financing taken care of and brought the car to me. Never had a more comfortable car deal and the ease that it was to take care of it all especially with all that was going on with the Covid virus. Thank you so much I love me car!!!
just popped in today to make an appointment for a recall repair. not expecting they offered to fix it right there and then. it was done in a very timely manner, while I was treated with a white chocolate mocha on the house. a complimentary 3 point inspection was done and car vacuumed. all staff from sales and repair acknowledged my presence and chatted with me . I rarely write reviews, but this service was above and beyond . thank you Chelsea, Rebecca and Don for your kindness during my visit.
