Made an appointment and said I was planning to drive from over 2 hours away. Didn't tell me til AFTER I got there and test drove that price was non-negotiable.
I wa contacted in less than 12 hours from the time I posted my interest in a listed vehicle. My questions were answered and good photos were made available for my inspection. The West Herr staff made sure that the correct staff member was contacted to answer any questions that still remained after my first conversation.
They responded quickly and appeared friendly and available for any questions and followed up with e-mails quickly. Did not have and person to person interaction ...but they gave the indication they would be flexible a bit with pricing as well.
Sales person was very good. Bought used frontier. brian Bartlett was very helpful
Called to see car and when got there, they had sent it to another site. Let me rest drive a more expensive vehicle that was in terrible shape. Overall customer service was terrible.
