Nice people but there was a logistic problem with the vehicle. Dealer couldn’t transfer the vehicle from the other location to where I negotiated with them.
Fine- I just didn't like the car for the price. The sales person I dealt with was very nice. He wasn't pushy (Which I hate).
thought I finally found the exact car I was looking for so I call west herr and they set up an appointment for me to come look at it, I knew it was the car I was going to buy so I drive over an hour to sign papers and after we look over the car they tell me it was sold a few days ago.Then I was told that they would contact me to continue my search and see if they can get anything else in for me, but they never did worst customer service ever

Unfortunately, the vehicle listed sold before I could see it or test drive it. However, West Herr had newer, 2013 model available and made the deal work. They went the extra mile seeking the best financing package for us (we have poor credit) and the payments more than met our needs. Courteous and very helpful staff. I would recommend West Herr to anyone.
