I have had bad experiences with other West Herr dealerships in the past, but I am very glad that I stopped in to West Herr Williamsville. I worked with Terry Thompson and Jill Wheeler, wow, what a team. Friendly, knowledgeable, willing to listen to my concerns, willing to help anyway they could.
