Sales person responded back to me in a timely fashion but vehicle was no longer available.
Dealership contacted me within 24 hours. I met with the Sales Manager and Associate. We reviewed GM incentives, and rebates. They are professional and great to deal with. When my lease terminates in four months, they are in my top three dealerships to purchase from.
Made a deal on the truck. Put down security deposit. day went and they sold the vehicle to some one else and just sent me a text saying sorry we sold it to someone else. Horrible.
I purchased this amazing 2017 Jeep Rubicon Hard Rock from them and it shipped to me. Everyone was extremely helpful, but my salesperson Derek Cicarelli really made the process go smoothly. Jeep arrived as described.
Multiple calls, offered down payment on phone to get returned calls 3 days later and unit was sold.
