This is to praise the West Henderson Hospital staff in the emergency room for the customer care provided from around 11:30 PM on Thursday night, December 11, 2025 through Friday afternoon, December 12, 2025 upon our departure. West Henderson Hospital 1155 Raiders Way Yesterday 8/25/25 in the emergency room /Raiders Way two patients only in the ER. . I am 75 and suffering with severe hip and back pain unable to walk. I also have 6 stents and an Aortic Aneurysm. The first thing I notice the whiteboard was dated with the staff for 8/24 with Dr. Chang as the physician.
