I’m a diabetic and need my insulin delivered to the doctor’s office because of a discounted program I belong to. The orange office has told me my insulin Was there and when I send someone to pick it up, they cannot locate it. Their explanation is always that whomever I spoke to was out of the office when I sent someone to get it. I like my doctor she is very nice and understands me were I am coming though and she talks to me and explains everything to me also
Love my doctor but called in about a charge that they mistakenly billed me for but refused to remove and Tina in billing thought it was very funny and the whole thing was a joke but called her self “clearing her throat”
