Great practice. Everyone here is very professional. It is a very nice and comfortable practice having the latest technology. I've always been told upfront about my treatment plan and what my insurance will pay so I have never had any problems or surprises. I highly recommend it!!
I made the best decision to switch here after my dentist of many years retired. I always see the same faces and same hygienist for each visit. Whenever I’ve had a question they always listen to me and spend extra time answering it. It is rare when a dentist or a Doctor actually listens to you these days instead of just interrupting you and giving you a canned answer. I have recommended this practice to several of my friends and they all have had good experiences. I recommend.
I no longer fear the dentist. Everyone here was not only gentle and caring but I never felt that I was going to be surprised with an extra bill. The secretary went over my insurance and I knew exactly how much I would have to pay. I never had any surprises and I needed a lot of work! And the best part was that I never felt anything during the many fillings. I highly recommend.
Great office, no need to go anywhere else – My family and I have all had great experiences. My two little ones are seen by Dr. Jay the pediatric dentist. My husband and I are both seen by Dr. Shakun and sometimes the other dentists. When my husband needed a tooth pulled, one of the dentists there did it, he did not have to go to an oral surgeon. Great experience for me! – I’m a REAL dental phobe and I put off coming to the dentist for a long time. Finally I was in so much pain I had to go. I called and they were able to squeeze me in the next day. Everyone was really nice and understood how scared I was, they all did their best to make me feel comfortable, especially the assistants. Horrible Manager, Bad Experience, unprofessional – If your looking for a good dental office, this is not the place!!! i had a bad experience! The manager Cindy is extremely unprofessional. She is very rude and does not have good communication skills with the patients. She raised her tone of voice while discussing a bill that I had questions on. Keep looking – This dental practice may be fine if you need nothing but routine cleanings. But anything other than that - be careful! I saw two of their dentists within 2 months of each other and they recommended totally different, and very expensive, treatments. They also seem to have a revolving door with both dentists and hygienists - I haven't seen the same one twice in 3 years of going. Not Recemmending at all – They do good cleaning. Besides that I don't know what good they are for. If you are there for any other dental issues, be prepared for more than one visits because their doctors don't know what they are doing and they don't do a good job at first time. Simple thing like filling cavity, they will screw up so bad that even after you go home, you are still in pain and can not chew anything for 2 - 3 days and then you have to call for another visit to get it fix.
