I just went and got a storage unit for our move and it took less than 30 minutes. He walked me to the unit, made sure I could open the heavy doors, gave me a lock for free, made sure I could use the lock correctly, and was super nice to me and my kids. I highly recommend this business. Not to mention, it's a great price for the large units!
