Been dealing with them for over 15 years now. I did have a problem with one battery in that time and they took care of it without a problem. I tell everyone to go there
I have bought all my batteries here and I have never had a problem.
Bad company we bought 2 batteries from there and one was good the other wouldn't hold a charge and when brought to their attention they wouldn't honor their replacement policy. You get what you pay for and I would rather pay a few dollars more then deal with them ever again, after all do you want to be stranded with your bike?!
Watch out, no customer service, cheap, but you do get what you pay for, your better off to avoid dealing here.
