Very secure hotel. Lovely environment and location. Very happy with the staff and the room was just lovely.
Could have been a 5 Hilton pays less than 13.9 cents for a water The room was spacious and clean. Hilton has changed a lot and not for the better. No greetings upon arrival and check in. When in the room we had no coffee cups although there was a coffee station. Went down to request cups, no apologies. After I realized that there was no toilet paper and I immediately called down and requested toilet paper, no apologies. The location is very ideal for driving to the main attractions, only 6-8 min drive. There are really good food stops at walking distance from this hotel. The front desk representative, Bazin, and the Manager provided amazing customer service to me and helped me resolve my situation. I would 100% stay here again. The bar downstairs is a hidden gem. Its looks dead when you enter, but then you see that there are a lot of people there. The drinks were really good too.
Whenever I stay at a hotel, I like to share my experience in the hope that it helps others and that the property takes guest feedback seriously to make improvements. That said, if you’re considering staying at this hotel, I recommend carefully evaluating whether it’s really worth it based on your expectations. Clean rooms, amazing service. Parking is a bit difficult but that’s not surprising given the location. I can see why people say the rooms are set up weird- but honestly my partner and I didn’t mind at all. Shout out to my girl Randi at the front desk- she was dope!
