The rooms are well appointed with very comfortable desks. The front desk staff is second to none. I stay at quite a few hotels a day rarely am treated to such a helpful staff!!!
My review is relative to price compared to other properties in the area. This is an excellent value and I would definitely come back. Well located…easily accessible to public transportation (Foggy Bottom Metra), 1.5 miles from the mall, close to GWU campus, Georgetown, and DuPont circle. The food options are endless; for breakfast I like Bagels Etc ($5 for a bagel and small coffee, cash only). Plenty of convenient (within a few blocks) places to park (I use SpotHero). For the location, this boutique style hotel was quaint and to the point. Very quiet (stayed on 5th floor), and service was prompt. Rooms are a bit small, however, expected for a boutique hotel.
Bazin was very kind and welcoming.
Enjoyed my stay at West End Tapestry in DC. They have my favorite soap brand Lockwood so of course it was a better stay! Friendly staff here too.
