Nice place but the check in/out process was a little crazy and the parking across the street was a bit annoying. Great restaurant though!
This hotel lost power which I did not find out until arrival from out of state. They said they would refund me, so I left and stayed at another hotel for my trip. They ended up not getting power for the whole weekend. They never gave me my refund and they’re rejecting all dispute claims I try to file. Update 7/7/25: I made multiple attempts to contact the hotel and emailed them per their response below and this was still not resolved. I am still out $300+.
The rooms are adequate. Clean, small, and crowded with unnecessary furniture. Amenities are none existent. There is no parking available. You have to park around the block and walk back to the hotel. 75 DOLLARS for two days parking. There are many better options to stay at Use them not this hotel.
Location was good for the embassy that we needed and staff were sweet but we were tricked by the "hilton" name. This is a motel and if your expectations are set right, you'll be fine. Sheets, covers and pillows had stains. walls had stains and mold. just over all a cheap motel. Bed was wobbly and uncomfortable.
My colleague stayed at this hotel in late April. After checkout, a $300 charge was made for alleged microwave damage. We have repeatedly requested a clear incident report and cost breakdown, but the hotel has not responded at all. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
