Charged $90 just to come to site. Charged us $400 for what we found out later was really a $200 job. And used plastic pipe where a 2nd Plumber said it should have been copper. It was an emergency but other Plumber said you took advantage of situation. Will never call them again.
RecommendedWest End came to check my older water heater they gave me a fair price on either repair attempt or replace. I went with replace and some additional work this was Friday. Saturday work was completed promptly and cleanly. Crew was mindful and courteous. Today they came back just to do a follow up check I had requested and they came within a day of my request. West End came out to repair our toilet when it wasn't flushing properly. It needed a new seal and the repair was quick and inexpensive. The tech was courteous and professional. We also had a leak test done in our shower on a different service call. The tech was prompt, thorough and took the time to explain his findings. We are very pleased with West End Plumbing and will continue to use them for all our plumbing needs.
Great experiences and wonderful service every time!!!! Recently West End Plumbing updated two of my dental offices and made the additions easy and seamless.
