I hired this company to unclog my kitchen sink. They gave me an estimate of $399.00 to run a 50 feet snake. They charged me $29.95 for the visit. When actually contracted to do the job they used a plunger that partially cleared some of the stoppage. They still charged me the $399.00, did not deduct the $29.95 from the cost as promised and when I called to ask for the full job, as my sink is still partially clogged, they offered me a credit of $100.00 which I refused to accept.
When I decided to go with West End Plumbing, they were the most expensive quote I got for the job but I decided to go with them because I prefer a quality job and I figured they were a reputable company to work with. I needed to replace the polybutene pipes in the house I recently bought and replace the water heater. Called West End Plumbing had a problem in my townhouse they came very professional cleaned up after himself the communication was fantastic and I was even out of town and he sent me pictures that everything he did five stars for the West End Plumbing great job guys.

charged $95 to come out and give a quote that was 50% more than any other quote we got. advised that a relative reccomended them and the price they paid for the same parts and service(water heater replacement), look elsewhere.
My plumber was Gary Brown from West End Plumbing. Very professional and cordial - he came when I wanted and did an amazing job. Great communicator! Very thorough and clean. I would recommend West End Plumbing, and especially Gary, if you need a plumber in the area.
