When I decided to go with West End Plumbing, they were the most expensive quote I got for the job but I decided to go with them because I prefer a quality job and I figured they were a reputable company to work with. I needed to replace the polybutene pipes in the house I recently bought and replace the water heater. To start with this nightmare, I had numerous discussions with the company about how I needed the work completed within 30 days of purchasing the home for my insurance. They promised me that on the day of closing, if I brought the warranty deed to them then, they could start the next day. When it came to it, they told we they could not start for 2 weeks. Then, when they came to cut the walls, my GC overheard the technicians saying that half of the pipes were already in copper and it would be an easy job because half of the work was already done. You would think because half of the work was done, we would get a reduction in the price of about half. The company was not ethical about this though. I had to bring it up to them and ask for a reduction. At first they offered $1000 off which was nothing. After some back and forth, they agreed to come down $3000 which was still less than we were hoping for but we agreed. They verbally agreed to do all of the work from the original contract minus the existing copper pipes. However, when they wrote up the revised contract, they were careful to leave out items that they original were supposed to do. It ended up taking them 4 weeks to finish the job because they failed inspections twice and caused massive damages to my ceilings which we now have to repair and replace. In the end, I am going to have to pay more money in repairs from their poor workmanship than their reduction they gave me. The owner **** has apologized for the poor work the technician did and said he fired him but has not offered to make things right with me. They are a shady company that would not get back to me when I was questioning what was going on and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Even the inspector could not believe how many things were done incorrectly over and over. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are overpriced and underdeliver.

There is certainly no excuse for how your project was handled and executed. At West End Plumbing we do indeed work hard every day to provide professional and reliable service to all our customers and I ask for the public's patience and understanding when issues arise. Issues such as you experienced are not excusable in anyway and many of the issues you experienced were avoidable through better quality control. I have taken it upon myself to step back and speak to all the personal that were involved on your project. It is particularly important to me that such issues are avoided going forward. Again, you have my sincere apologies and I do hope that by your pointing out our missteps you now know it will help make West End Plumbing a better company.

Called West End Plumbing had a problem in my townhouse they came very professional cleaned up after himself the communication was fantastic and I was even out of town and he sent me pictures that everything he did five stars for the West End Plumbing great job guys.
