The Spare Parts Department here are always willing to go the extra mile, I spoke to Josh, Craig and Kurt. All three of these Parts Interpreters sorted out my parts quickly and promptly chasing my problem up and getting me the right parts right on time. always can rely on these people especially Josh, Best customer service experience i have had twinkly and swiftly fast service.
Don’t know what the deal is with the guys the parts warehouse. Ordered a bedliner for my ute. Fine, not a big deal. Had to hunt someone down to at least point me in the right direction to find it in the warehouse. Everyone else had vanished but I could see them watching me from down the back. I swear they even got a fork lift out to move some pallets to try and make it a little bit more difficult for me. No help to at least get it on the ute bed which you would think would be a bare minimum (I’m not asking them to install th... read more
