Amazing staff. So friendly, caring and accomodating. We needed somewhere to stay last minute when the airport shut down and were welcomed in. Eternally grateful. I highly recommend this place as I was overwhelmed by their kindness. Thank you.
Never again. Bed bugs. Place was dirty and smelled musty. Paid for room with ensuite and went to have shower and no hot water. No water coming out of the tap at all. Front desk was closed so couldn't contact anyone. NO parking, had to drive 2 blocks to find parking which cost me $28 overnight. Room cost $110. Should have slept in the car and got a better night sleep.
Booked here for a hookup but didn't have fun. This place is dirty as a horses stable.
Julie the caretaker there was extremely rude and nasty about my NDIS client who needed to stay there for a few days. She discriminated against him because he is on Home detention. She kicked him out on 2 hours notice and left him vulnerable on the street.
to be honest, I think majority of the negative reviews are posted by people who have unrealistic and somewhat unreasonable expectations for thier $36 a night 🤷 this place does exactly what it needs to do. a clean bed, I found it quiet even though my dorm was full, the showers are good. best thing is the late night yiros from literally the best in Adelaide is at the bottom of the building. the charcoal smell wafts throughout so I can see that annoying some, but I quite liked it. this place is what it is. its far from fancy b... read more
