This is the best place I have taken my dog! The staff are THE friendliest people. They are always so so welcoming in the morning and eager to answer any questions. I completely trust them with whatever my pup would need. They always are open to explain what a certain cut will look like or what my dog needs so I don’t pick her up and end up shocked. They have a wide time window for morning drop off so it’s easy before work and flexible for pick up time as well so I don’t have to worry about getting there until after I’m off. ... read more
My dog Barney was in such need of a hair cut!! All the groomers I called turned him down because his matting was so bad and it just got worse cause he wouldn't let me brush him. I was so impressed with the job West end grooming did with him! He looks amazing and he seems to be so much happier! Thank yall again for what yall did for my baby!!
While the former owners have departed and likely will soon be retiring to Rockport, Texas, West End Grooming still retains its entire team of professionals on staff available to provide superior grooming services. In fact, another experienced groomer who worked at West End for 10 years will be returning. The service will remain high quality and the staff is excited about the future and ready to serve you.
The new owner fired Kit & Fran before they were ready to go & had trained him! (he doesn’t groom). I’m sure everyone who was there will leave. I’m done, it could of been done the right way! Shame on you!
We just took our puppy goldendoodle here for his first cut and they did an amazing job!!
