First time here, I ordered the Bo Jackson 16oz steak, medium well. The first steak was well done/over done ( a little charred) The second steak was medium rare .. I didn't want to try again a waste another steak with a horrible cook/ grooming so I ordered the pot roast with tater tots to go. The manager (Crabtree) was super cool, and when I told him this was my first time eating here, he gave me the Pot Roast dinner free and a free appetizer on the next visit.
