I went to this place for four years and thank God I don’t see them anymore. I was five minutes late for an appointment I had a double eye infection and they refused to see me. I called Optometric Specially Group and they took me in the next day. Turns out I had glaucoma and was slowly going blind. They cleared up the infection and Dr Pegolo showed me the pictures he had taken of my eyes and I was so angry I felt like I should take legal action but Dr. Pegolo talked me out of it. Please go some place else besides here.
RecommendedI just had a great experience with West End. I’m bad with names but 5 separate women helped me out and all were a pleasure to talk to, concise with their care, and very personable. The doctor was just as personable and helpful with all of my lack of info regarding my prescription. Looking forward to getting my contacts and new frames! Will be returning only to West End for all my eye care

West End Eye Care has an excellent staff -- everyone. The doctor who I see, Dr. Colite, takes great care with the examine and discusses the findings with equal care.
I received superior care and individual attention from Dr. Colite. After a very comprehensive exam the optician helped me pick out a beautiful pair of glasses. I was very happy!!!!
I have been a Customer for well over 20 Years. I Love the Care given to my Eyes by my Favorite Optometrist Dr. Hardison, and all my Family that we call Staff.
Dr Colite is an excellent optometrist, knowledgable and detail oriented, with a very pleasant demeanor and disposition. The eyeglass selection is superb!
