The exam went well. However, when the dentist identified 3 mi or cavities, he never made an attempt to fill them or schedule another appointment. I would have liked the estimated cost of filling the cavities. I assume this is because he knew I was a groupon client and assumed I couldn't afford filling the cavities anyway. I felt quickly dismissed.
Friendly staff, easy to get appointments.
I have been using the services of West End Dental Associates for almost 20 years. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I am able to get appointments when I want them - no long waits. The dentists and dental nurses are very professional. They clean my teeth well and advise me on preventive measures. I have had deep under-the-gum cleaning and a root canal done there. I went to Dr. Klein to fix a broken filling done by another dentist. He was fantastic. Never had a more pleasant experience with dental work. He was very nice, and his work was fast and accurate.
