Good experience.
The staff at west end dental made me feel comfortable when I first walked in the door. I have always been dental phobic and when I told Dr Klein how my nerves were on edge just being there, he quickly put me at ease and explained my xrays to me. I have had so many cavities in my life and I get a lot of anxiety during the fillings. Dr Klein explained every step to me and was always checking to see if I was okay. I finally found my dentist after living here in NYC for 4 years! Thank you Dr Klein!
I am a senior citizen and a diabetic. I fell twice knocking a lower bridge that Westside dentsl had installed. both times. They replaced the bridge on both occasions very quickly and at a reasonable price,I have and will continue to recommend this dental clinic to anyone.
I went to Westend Dental to get a deep cleaning and that I did. The dental assistant was so gentle but firm at the same time if you could believe that. it was very relaxing I had my shade on due to the light (I asked she didn't mind) listening to some music I was so relaxed and she was so great at her job I didn't realize she was done. And the topper was I got my service done by a groupon but will be returning to pay to have her clean and polish my teeth again. Caring professionals from the Dentists to the office staff makes West End my choicefor my whole family. Considerate and caring. And I was particularly impressed that my dentist was open to and knowledgeable about alternative therapies, herbs and such.
The staff is very nice and helpful. Helen, my hygienist, is excellent . I have very sensitive gums and she is super gentle and careful. I will update once I need the dentist... So far I only needed cleaning and x-rays.
