Terrible customer service. Just got our couch today that we ordered in October. It’s been less than one hour away since December 17th. Customer service reps have no idea what’s going on. Their tracking system is outdated and doesn’t work. We’ll never buy anything from West Elm again.
Worst online shopping experience ever, you have lost my business for life.
They are terrible...long wait on items...confusion on orders...sent damaged items and then replacement was wrong...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!
The staff here helped me right as I walked in the door and was able to help me with my shopping needs. Love it!!
The customer service at this location is poor. It lacked the first time I went but still bought my coffee table however this last time I walked in and walked around the entire store not being acknowledged once by any of the employees. I needed help but no one was willing to help me. I (heart) West Elm! There are so many things to choose from, the ideas are endless!
Thank you to Lisa V. and her West Elm staff for welcoming my work in store last Saturday. It is always astounding to me how you give stage for local artisans to pop up in your store. I thoroughly enjoyed the connections that were made with your customers who are now customers of my brand by Jennifer Upton. See you again in the fall!
Ask for Warren, the interior stylist and decorator. He's super helpful, kind, and will help you find the best selections, fabrics, and compliments to your overall vision.
Love the staff here at Atlantic Station. I've been to a few West Elm's before, and this one has the most stock and the friendliest staff! More half half of my purchased furniture in my home is from there (the other half is DIY or Vintage). Be sure to speak with one of the designers because their aesthetics are en pointe! You have a customer for life! See you next time!
