Big budget items fill the majority of the spacious store, from modular couches to design savvy Parsons tables for the dining room and office. But shoppers with smaller needs (or lesser funds) can also find decorative pieces here; media storage, plush decorative pillows, stemware and serving trays are all also available.
What a drag. – To think I spent time convincing my husband that West Elm would have things for our new home! We were treated so poorly. My husband and I walked in with a sleeping baby and were never even greeted. We waited in line for 20 min with items in hand- soon we were told that the "stock-check" person simply did not have time to see if our items were in. The staff was cold and rude. I doubt that I will be back.... too bad I really like their shower curtains.
