West elm is one of my favorite home stores. High quality items and great staff.
It's a small showroom but I'm glad to have one in Salt Lake. And the Trolley Square location is perfect. The customer service was excellent!
I will preface this review by saying I have bought things from West Elm that are good quality and that I love to this day. However, the West Elm website does not allow product reviews, which I consider to be quite shady and worthy of this one star review. Additionally, they are deceptive about availability of products. I placed an order based on an estimated delivery date of less than a week out, only to be left without anything more than an order confirmation for almost two months.
My mom and I went in last weekend and customer service was great, but I think that’s because she spent $600. I went in to have a $10 candle shipped to her that we couldn’t find online and the girl I spoke to initially was totally rude and acted so inconvenienced by my needing help. The girl who actually ordered for us was better, but I was shocked by their attitudes. We will not be back.
