Not really a furniture store
We purchased an item that went on sale a few days later, well within the return window. We called into the West Elm customer support line asking if we could be reimbursed the difference and were told that we would need to work with the store. We then spoke with the store and were told that we would need to go into their physical location in order to be reimbursed, but that it would not be an issue.
