My mom and I went in last weekend and customer service was great, but I think that’s because she spent $600. I went in to have a $10 candle shipped to her that we couldn’t find online and the girl I spoke to initially was totally rude and acted so inconvenienced by my needing help. The girl who actually ordered for us was better, but I was shocked by their attitudes. We will not be back.
My entryway way table was delivered today by Luis and Jeferson they are the nicest guys and so professional. They’ve come here twice and have been great.Thank you!
Walked into the new West Elm at Trolley Square and instantly felt like I was trespassing in a Pinterest influencer’s wet dream. A $1,700 chair winked at me seductively while a throw pillow whispered, “You can’t afford me, peasant!” I tripped over a geometrically confusing coffee table and landed in a pile of faux fur that smelled like expensive caviar. New store just opened in trolled square. The furniture for this season and this price point just is not it. Night stands are pushing 600+ dollars and the drawers don’t open and shut cleanly. Their 2000 dollar buffet, same story. I’m not sure what demographic west elm is going for but these prices are pushing premium and the quality is giving flat pack.
