From south Fl. Woke up craving a good waffle. Found it here with some great service as well.
Food was bleh. No flavor whatsoever. Service was meh. Waitress seemed like she'd rather be somewhere else. I've had better food & service at Waffle House & IHOP. Not sure why people wait on the lawn forever to come here. Maybe because it's one of the few restos on the Westside with a nice patio? Regardless, enjoy. I won't be back. #ThumbsDown
Well we went to the West Egg Cafes Howell Mill location. Usually it's great but today the wait was over an hour, underwhelming food, and a server who forgot he was at work. After you wait an hour to eat, and you are hungry and irritated the last thing you want is your order to be wrong. And what's more upsetting is that he only remembered we were sitting there when he was serving another table. Absolutely ridiculous
Well....The West Egg Cafe is very cool and very vintage. If you want to come here for the scenery...it's great. The food on the other hand . The service is great but...seasoning is missing. This was such a great hype for such a big let down when the food got to me and I actually tasted it...
1 of my favs! It kinda has a Soho/Greenich Village atmosphere...I Love this Place! It's definitely worth the wait ...
