Superior customer service at a price to match it. Our project went exactly as planned. Time line was followed to the day and it stayed with in the budget of the original quote. We will be using this team again when we redo our basement in the near future.
Couldn't ask for better service. They went above all my expectations, and never flinched to make many design changes. Every email answered promptly, and will work with any type of budget. They carry everything from the import cheaper line to shiloh top of the line, and are not pushy into any certain line like others will. They may make more money on certain brands, but they focus more on the relationship and service. Thanks again for everything you did to help me on this monster of a remodel.
Highly recommend West DuPage Cabinets & Granite. They recently completed a kitchen upgrade and it is amazing. Love, love, love my new cabinets! My project is still in progress, but coming along on time and on budget. I can't find one thing to complain about. This is my second project with them this year, and I couldn't be happier with their work, craftsmanship, follow through, and punctuality of the workman.
