Great value, nice staff No issues since moving in a year ago. Staff is very helpful answering the questions we had. Always answer phones and polite. Great value for the area comparable places.
staff are incompetent been living here for quite some years. it used to be a great community, however, it seems like management hired the most incompetent staff in the past year or so. maintenance staff is terrible, does not complete service requests properly. staff in leasing office turn a blind eye to tenants' needs and keep talking about how handling 500 apartments is very difficult for them (isn't that the job?). won't recommend anyone to live here until they make drastic improvements.

smoking issues Ongoing struggle since 2018 with neighboring tenants smoking in designated non-smoking units. Smell gets it through vents and open windows. Seems to be little consequence for violating the lease in this regard. Enjoy most other things about this property but the ongoing issue of smoking seems to only be increasing, decreasing my enthusiasm for living here.

Will not complete work requests I've submitted requests to fix my apartment's broken washing machine for 10 months, and they have yet to do anything.

Partial recommendation West Creek has it pros and cons while I lived there. Pros: nice new construction area, breakfast area during business week, rent is decent compared to area and Newark apartments only in the new construction. Cons: loud nose, the design of the apartment doesn’t make sense, the master bedroom is located near the front of the apartment and near the stairs so you can hear people coming down the stairs at all times of the night. Do Not Love Here My husband and I lived in West Creek Village for over two years. We battled numerous issues. 1.) Rodents we constantly had a mouse problem. We had to keep all food high on the shelves and all the did was place traps. We eventually had to buy our own traps because they never did anything. 2.)I found mold and water damage in the hall closet and we got an infestation of drain flies. I moved the dishwasher and found nasty standing water under it. I called the first time and the mechanic came while I was out and ... read more

Love it here The main reason I chose West Creek Village compared to other apartment buildings in the area is the large floor plan that is actually more affordable than many other places around here. Plus the property is huge which is great for walking my dog. In addition, the property manager is the most reasonable and friendly person I’ve met at an apartment complex and the rest of the staff is extremely helpful as well. Highly recommend living here.

Great place to live I have lived here since 2015. The staff are great people and very friendly. The apartments are very well built and well maintained I haven't had a maintenance issue since I moved in. They have lots of new construction and they have smoke free and pet friendly units! I was the first person to live in my unit. The complex is about a half mile down from the main road and so serene. My unit faces a wooded area and a small stream its an incredible view its like I live in a little forest!! I can leave my window... read more
