West County Townhomes are VERY spacious and cheap. Easy process to get the townhome and good move in deals. The area is quiet but sadly here, you can not get the best of both worlds. All the appliances etc are old and very outdated or incapable of more than one person usage. Maintainence is not well kept up AT ALL, flooding kitchen sinks, floors for days on end and when it's "fixed" the problem comes back in less than a week. Office does not communicate well with renters, act as if they are extremely willing to replace and f... read more

I was trying to apply to this complex and the leasing agent, a female that I spoke to several times over the phone is extremely rude and has no type of customer service. I was going to wait to apply again but I decided to change my mind because my experience with the woman over phone was horrible she needs to learn how to treat customers like how can you be so rude and expect people to want to come rent from you.
