these guys seemed to be helpful but charged me $131 to tow my wifes car a few blocks. I would NEVER use them again and I'd suggest that NOBODY EVER USES THEM! tERIIBLE
My jeep broke down and they came out and towed me. Very friendly I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!
I would LOVE to give these guys a better review, the tow driver sent out to me was very nice and helpful and he did a GREAT job making sure my vehicle wasn't damaged further. However, they charged me 255 dollars to drive a mere 12 miles from their shop and pull me out of a ditch. That's all I needed. Just an extraction, NO tow, no jump, nothing but a quick yank out of the ditch. This was at 6PM and it absolutely shattered my finances. TRUCKERS BEWARE! A total rip off. They towed my truck 23 miles and charged me $1100.00. That was just for them to two my cab. They left my trailer on the side of the road because they wanted another $1100.00 to two my truck with the trailer. If they can screw you, they will every which way they can!
My Indian Motorcycle road side assistance contacted them to take my bike from Conneaut to Erie. When the guy got there he loaded up and was following us to erie when in fairview he said he had to leave my bike there because he had another call to go to wanted us to wait in his truck for 3 hrs while he went to another call. Needless to say we told him to take the bike out and roadside assistance dispatched another vendor. Poorly run business would definitely not recommend
