I announced that I would be taking my business elsewhere as I had no intention of being spoken to in such a blatantly disrespectful manner by the petty & snide clerk. Looking at the above reviews with cars almost bursting into flames, being rude to others, and charging higher prices; I am now sure I did the correct thing for the circumstances at hand.
I will never go back again. The new owners are horrible. The lady in the office has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. They didn't check any of the cars fluids or check my tires, and to top it off, the price was a lot higher! Don't go to these people.
RecommendedI worked there years ago and we offered great services and did them in a timely manner with efficiency. I still highly recommend this establishment.
When a business closes early after informing you “it’s been a slow day” and I’m clearly trying to give you business. Nope. Won’t be going there anymore after my family has been giving you business after 25 years. Guess your free time meant more than keeping your business running.
These people make an oil change or inspection easy. Fast, efficient, & professional. Great customer service!
