Always a pleasure doing business with WestCoast Tire. Referred more than a decade ago and still a customer. Mind you, I drive 15 miles for their service, as it’s beyond worth the trek.
I've been going to West Coast for four years, since I bought my Subaru. They do a wonderful professional job. I also brought a Lexus that I was planning to buy and they gave me all the lowdown details. I've been to a lot of mechanic shops,where as a woman, I'm treated as I'm stupid. Not here. As well, as a Veteran, I appreciate that they support Veteran causes. You can't go wrong. I will be driving up from Palm Springs for them to handle all the maintenance on my cars after I've moved there.
I was referred to West Coast Tire by my long time mechanics at Checkpoint Auto in Mar Vista. Art Soria at West Coast took care of my special order and gave me a competitive price, and then did a few bucks better on the balance and alignment to make the deal. Best of all Art and his crew did the job within an hour and offered a clean spacious waiting room with wi-fi for customers to wait. All in all it was the kind of experience I hoped for. Thanks to Art and West Coast Tire!

I wend to West Coast Tire & Service on a recommendation from my friend, and am so glad I did! They got me a stellar deal and communicated my options in a clear way that was honest and didn't make me feel like an idiot. They were able to take my walk-in tire replacement and turn it around in 90 minutes, as estimated. They were very attentive and quick, despite having a busy shop. Their offers to provide free alignments every 5k miles will likely keep me coming back, along with their excellent service.
West Coast Tire Is THE Best. They do great work and they are truly exceptionally nice and honest people. My entire family, and at this point, a number of my friends all bring their cars here and everyone has had the same consistently good service. I love recommending this place. Although I'm usually seeing them when there is some sort of problem, it doesn't seem to matter--even Thinking about visiting them, puts me in a better mood.
