As others have shared, the business model at this West Coast Storage facility is entice you in for a low introductory rate and after you have filled your unit, continually increase your monthly rental rate. My initial rate for a 10' by 10' was $84/ month. Fourteen months later, it is now $219 a month. They have increased the rent three times! There was a employee named Janiza, she was super kind and patient the entire time. She answered everything I asked with a smile and never made me feel like I was bothering her. It was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had with a business.
