Absolute worst! they have increased my rent to 342 from 180 something in one year of renting a storage unit ! Im 77 years old on a very strict income! Now I have to move again! This is not the move in rate either. It was 90 dollars for the first month and then went to 188 ( I think it was) after the initial move in rate. Then in March 288 then in August 342.00 if they almost double your rent in one year they should tell you that ! I would have never moved in. A 82% increase in price in one year of storage unit rental. I wouldn't even give this a one star if I could. DO NOT GO HERE! I live on the east coast and moved my father who is 76 years old up to Olympia washington one year ago in august. He needed a storage unit we looked at alot of places and found this one for 182 dollars a month which was a okay deal . I moved 10000 records into his storage unit. Homeless people live here. I know for a fact. If I cant access the gate until 6am, why is there people coming out and walking through the door before 6am with their BIKES and backpacks. They keep saying no, no one lives there. Maybe if they checked their cameras they would see. How are they in there after hours going in and out up the elevator. Rent increases are nuts. We are currently moving out and don't recommend this place to anyone!
