I have been a client at West Coast Self Storage DuPont location close to over 8years . The facilities are well taken care of , and an Amazing Customer Experience from Ms Tammy the Storage Manager is one of a Kind ; Always striving to help new and existing clients with a Happy Smile . Will continue being a client going forward.

Ricardo and April are very good people. They actually recommended me to get a smaller unit to save money. They also can get you a better deal if you go to them in person.

My sister used this storage facility for a couple months. On her many visits to and from the unit, she was always treated so well by the staff. The facility is very clean and well maintained. If she was staying in the area, she would absolutely use them again. I was there with her to empty her unit and close out her account. April helped us out and was so kind! Give that woman a raise! She was very helpful, and even brought us a couple cold waters while we were putting in some work! 💪💪😉

I had called 2 other storage places for prices then called Dupont storage & spoke with I think her name is April. She was pleasant I could the smile in her voice. She answered all my questions. With that being said I reserved a unit for May 1st. Great customer service.

We have been with West Coast Self Storage for a few years now. I can honestly say that this is the most honest straight forward storage company in Pierce County. You don’t have to worry about your stuff being stolen or damaged. You always feel safe anytime you are accessing your unit. The grounds are kept extremely clean. April is the manager and she is great. She goes above and beyond to kept you happy with your decision to use them.
