Customer service is excellent. I was mistakenly double-billed for a month and they were able to fix it with a 2 minute phone call. The facility is always kept clean, and access is very simple. The only criticisms I would make, are that the rent increase was aggressive during my tenancy, and access hours could be improved. I saw an 11% increase in my rent per year, which is borderline unreasonable. For this rate I'd at least have liked to have 24 hour access. The rent increase was unbelievably high. Jaymin helped me complete the exit process. He is great, caring, helpful and awesome. A 5-star goes to Jaymin. But a zero-star goes to Caroline Mwangi, who knew me for many years as an elderly, loyal customer, no late payment. Before Caroline took over Remy tasks, Remy is excellent, 6-star to Remy. Caroline is unfriendly, kind of unpleasant to me as an elderly. As a ex-senior managent person, Caroline needs more training and briefing on her CRM and people skills.
