I absolutely love this company. I actually am an employee, a newer employee. The way this business is run (from where I stand) is very similar to how a successful family would most likely be ran. They are very supportive, for example, within the first week I was introduced to all of my superiors, and in fact they drove well out of their area just to come by and introduce themselves. Terrible Company.Very unhelpful. Have had storage units at other facilities, this company is not flexible in any way even though they give you misinformation.Was told by the representative upon move-in to submit our move-out date online. After doing that, was told that they never recieved that information and that I will be charged for an extra month after my move out date because they never recieved it.
