I only gave 2 stars because my neighbor decided to call these guys when they had a leak coming from their shower and onto our ceiling. Mu shower got removed from a separate incident and so we had the ceiling out too. I had a plumber I would preferred my neighbor to use but they were busy and so out came west coast. They were fine the first time and had just said it was a destroyed gasketfrom their overflow drain.
