Wonderful professional staff
I’ve always had positive experiences at this clinic. Staff are courteous and respectful. Really makes a difference when you are navigating health stuff. Thank you to all the staff!
This drop in system doesn't work - i have seen multiple people (including myself) come in for xray and be asked to return later. Drop in is the only option. They give you an estimated time to return but it's not real - currently 20 minutes after the time i was told and still waiting. What a colossal waste of time for everyone, including the lovely reception folks. Please consider returning to an appointment-based system!
Booking system is weird but the technicians are always friendly, helpful, very kind and understanding on multiple occasions.
Very poor experience. I was given the wrong appointment time, arrived, and the clinic was closed. No one called to inform me or follow up. Extremely disorganized.
