Terrible booking system. My hubby booked an available spot online that sent him a message that someone would contact him to confirm. That was 2 days ago. Nobody called. We called in, got the voicemail system (telling us that someone would return the call) and left a message. Nobody did. Came to the booked appointment and they tell him that there's nothing booked. So lame.

This place is an absolute joke. I submitted a request to book online because they don’t do walk-ins for the procedure I need. Was called later that day by a different location and was given a number to call, which ended up being the clinic I applied for in the first place. I have called the number every day for a week and no one has answered the phone. I have sat on hold for upwards of 2+ hours each day with no answer. I’ve left voicemails with no call back.
