Not open on Saturday
Google says they are open on Saturdays and they are NOT. Sign on the door sent me to the Saanich location, which said it was open. Also not open on Saturdays!
While the receptionist and technicians are always lovely, the lights flicker in the waiting area when they're doing x-rays, which is a little sketchy and makes me question safety The biggest reason I can't give 5 stars is that I disagree with West Coast's policies regarding patients' own health records. The reports don't get posted to the provincial and regional patient portals and you have to pay $40 to get a copy of your records. It feels like a cash grab and they should be able to either send records as PDFs or print them... read more
