I've been to this location 3 times in the past year. Always a pleasant speedy visit.
They just literally never opened - finally left at 9:15 and nobody was there. The pharmacist in the unit beside said they just sort of don’t show up often.
Sitting here waiting at 8:53 am. Clinic is supposed to open at 8:30. No one here lights are out. 10 people waiting in line.
I'm guessing a lot of this places problems stem from never answering the phone, or returning messages. Also, walk in X-rays is a lie. I came in an hour and half before they closed and they turned me away. If someone had answered the phone one of the 15 times I called throughout the day, I'd have known not to drive all the way to Langford (in excruciating pain) just to be denied. Do better.
