Very bad attention, the lady who takes the x-rays is very rude, she yelled at me and was very rude, contrary to the receptionist, she was very kind.
Never they respond to a phone call.
Totally incompetent staff. Scan results were not sent to my doctor, and required in-person follow up to resolve the problem. Furthermore, they do not upload your records online... so if you use this clinic, it will not be recognized what-so-ever in the Canadian Health Care system. When questioned on this: staff had zero training or knowledge of online/shared medical records. Avoid at all costs.
I went in yesterday and was informed that there was a 30-40 minute wait. I asked if I could make an appointment to avoid the wait. The gentleman kindly obliged and I returned today, prior to my appointment as asked. I was checked in by a woman who was polite but at the same time seemed overdue for a vacation.
