The automated message states that you can make an appointment; turns out they don't take appointments, they are walk in. You go there, pay $2.50 for parking (no other option other than 30 minute free parking in a lot that is much too small) just to be told they have reached their maximum capacity for the day (before noon). Totally inept system.

Went for an x-ray, and all went well. Went back to get the records at 1.10pm on a Tuesday and there is a sign on the front counter "Receptionist on lunch". There was no stated time when they would be back. If you state you're open 9-5 then have someone there or at least state when you'll be back. Had you just left for an hour lunch or would you be back in 5 mins? It's not rocket science.
Appointment booked a week ago and still waited there for more than an hour, whats the point of booking an appointment then?
Good: - not busy (quick) - receptionist very pleasant Bad: - very dumpy office (1960s) - technician had a cold and wore his mask below his nose - parking sucks (use Hillside Mall & walk if you can)
